8 of My Favorite Etsy Shops (Plus an Honorable Mention)

Etsy has some really unique items when you take the time to search for them. And there are some incredibly creative shop owners out there! It’s pretty much the first place I search when I need something a little different. So over the years, I’ve amassed a list of shops that I love to frequent. I couldn’t possibly list them all in this post, but here is a collection of 8 of my favorite Etsy shops, plus one non-Etsy shop that I love and couldn’t NOT add her here.

Artwork and Home Decor

Red Letter Designs – Red Letter Designs is owned by a Lutheran mother of 4. Meghan designs her own original artwork (which is stunning!) and makes it into prints, digital downloads, and cards, most of which are theologically based. She also occasionally takes special orders, which is how I got Eric’s Father’s Day present a couple years ago. She does beautiful work, plus she’s a joy to work with.

Pure Joy Creative –  Pure Joy Creative’s owner Jamie is a fellow pastor’s wife who has 5 children. She creates T-shirts, mugs, vinyl, jewelry, totes, cards, and digital downloads. I absolutely love her cards! And she just started selling stickers as well. How fun!

Errikos Art Design – When we started the foster care process, we had originally gotten into it to adopt a particular girl, which didn’t work out. So we stayed in and kept going. And since we were already in the mindset of having a girl, we decided to only consider girls in the future. Of course, that meant that I needed to decorate the room with girl decor. While I looking around for room decor that wasn’t typical or boring, I found this Etsy page and fell in love with his prints and had to order one. Imagine my surprise when he sent me a coordinating one for free! He is located in Greece, but even so, my order was delivered really quickly. I would most definitely recommend purchasing from this shop if you’re in the market for kids room decor.  And he is now offering digital prints as well.

Wall Decals

Simply Love Creations –  This shop offers darling prints, wall decals, guest books/signs for weddings, and more. We ordered individual letters that each featured a Star Wars character to spell out our friends’ son’s name. They turned out SO cute!

Scriptum Vinyl  –  We ordered vinyl wall words for our kitchen from this shop. We love them! The shop owner was so easy to work with, and our order arrived quickly. And now our kitchen is charming and unique.

Spiffy Decals – Spiffy Decals is a family business, and the store has been on Etsy since 2011 so they’re well established. My mom got wall decals for Judah’s room from this Etsy shop for his birthday, and they’re absolutely perfect!! You can see in the photos below why this made my list of favorite Etsy shops.

Outdoor Stone Decor

Cracker Creek Millwork – This seller did a beautiful job on an address plaque for my mom’s house. They use recycled materials to make address plaques, signs, cutting boards, and pet memorials. The seller was very quick and efficient in getting me a proof and finishing my order. If we ever have the need for a product like this again, I would for sure order from this shop.

Clothing

Kiki Grows – Who knew it would be so hard to find bow ties for little boys? Well, look no further because this mom of 2 boys makes charming bow ties in a wide variety of materials and patterns. Once I decide on an Easter outfit for Judah, I think I’ll order a bow tie from this shop.

Honorable Mention

The Hymnus Tree – The Hymnus Tree isn’t an Etsy shop, but it deserves an honorable mention anyway. Alisha is another fellow pastor’s wife who makes beautiful t-shirts, mugs, ornaments, onesies, and more. The clothing is made using a special printing process so it’s guaranteed not to crack or wear off. And she just recently opened an actual storefront. How cool is that? So if you’re in North Dakota, be sure to look her up and check out her store!
